God will release the solution on time.

Deb Peacock

Right now I am in a situation where I am preparing for something and I am not ready. The time is getting close and I am still not ready. I want to be ready and yet I don’t have the solution to go with. I have been moaning a bit about only getting the answer in the 11th hour and how this always happens to me.

But God is saying that he releases the solution on time.

Some of you are waiting on God to speak to you about strategy so you know what direction to take, what decision to make and what the solution is. God wants you to know that he doesn’t give the wisdom and the solution late. He is always on time and never late.

The Bible says about Jesus, that he is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:6). If he is the way forward, he is the way we need and he has the solution for us. We also know that what he has for us going forward is good because God is good and we know it is good for us because he loves us, wants us to prosper and will not harm us (Jeremiah 29:11).

So God’s solution will come. If it came late, it will not work and so it will no longer be a solution because it is too late to be of use. If God hasn’t given it, you don’t need it yet. You are jumping ahead of yourself.

We don’t like eleventh hour as we like the security of knowing for sure this is what we will do and it will work. But God wants us living in faith which is trusting that he is the way and the solution will come in time when we need it. Instead of thinking poor me I only get to know at the 11th hour, it might be time to think God is good and he will release it when I need to know it.

What is it today that you are frustrated with or anxious about that you don’t know what to do? You can trust the Lord that he will release the solution just at the right time that you need it.

We also don’t like the idea of not knowing. In the waiting we even say “its just the not knowing what is going to happen.” We feel like the strain of not knowing steals our joy and our present time from us. If we are on a break but don’t know what the future holds beyond the break, we can feel like it’s not possible to enjoy the now. The Lord says we don’t need to know those details because we actually know what matters. We know he is the way and he has the way and he will be on time. So we can be thinking I know what matters. God is good, Jesus is the way and he will include me in the way at the right time.

So in the time of not knowing the solution, focus on what is in front of you and the trouble of today. God has your future, he has the solution in his hands and he will bring it to you at just the right time.
