If you are tired and weary, you may have lost connection
Deb Peacock
We are in a season of connection. It is time to be connecting with God, connecting with others and connecting with yourself. If you are feeling tired and weary, ask yourself if you have lost connection.
God is drawing our attention to the word connection by pointing out our need to be connected with new people. You might be feeling like you can’t progress in the project or in the business or new venture until you connect with the right people who will help resource or support next steps. But he is showing that this isn’t the only connecting we need.
We need connecting back into him as well. He is the source for us. He is our anchor, he is our empowerment and he is our visionary. He is the one that loves us and fills us up with value and worth. If you are growing tired, it isn’t just because you need to be linked to the right people, it is also that you need a drink from the well. You need the Lord.
We also need connecting back to ourselves. In the all the busy and work and rushing, people are forgetting their ‘why’ and forgetting the very words God has spoken over them. If you are having moments of doubting what you are doing and where you are going and then not able to quickly remember what God has said, you need to reconnect with the Lord and go back to his words on your life. It is these words that will strengthen you to continue on while you pray in the right connections with other people.
Blessings,
